Kalinda Watson, ARM, is President and CEO of KFW Consulting, where she advises organizations on enterprise risk management, insurance advisory and broker oversight, organizational resilience, and strategic procurement.

With nearly two decades of professional experience across higher education, government, insurance, healthcare, and financial services, Kalinda brings a multidisciplinary perspective to complex organizational challenges. Her experience spans risk management leadership, insurance program oversight, business continuity, procurement, operational improvement, and executive advisory.

Kalinda has particular experience working with colleges, universities, higher-education consortia, public-sector organizations, and other mission-driven institutions. Her work includes providing fractional risk leadership, guiding insurance renewals and broker engagements, developing enterprise risk and business continuity frameworks, facilitating complex procurement initiatives, and helping organizations strengthen governance and decision-making around risk.

Prior to leading KFW Consulting full time, Kalinda held progressive leadership roles in higher education and state government, with responsibility for institutional risk management, contracts and business services, procurement, and operations.

She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation and is a licensed Property and Casualty insurance professional in Ohio.
